What’s the name of your business and what do you sell?
Joanna’s Jams has been in operation for over 20 years. The business makes jams and preserves using the beautiful fruits Tasmania has to offer.
Tell us a bit about your products…
All of the products are prepared and cooked by hand using traditional methods…Joanna’s Jams is a truly homemade Tasmanian product.
I sell Raspberry, Blackberry, Strawberry, Boysenberry, Apricot, my personal favourite Blueberry and while stocks last Whisky Marmalade and Mixed Berry. My varieties are always expanding.
What do you enjoy most about having a stall at Salamanca?
As the owner, cook, marketer etc of Joanna’s Jams I love coming to the Salamanca Markets. It really gives me a chance to interact with people and talk about my products.
